Tucker's new boots
Meet Tucker; he is just 6 months old in this picture and went for his first hike in the deep snow. Tucker goes everywhere with us; especially with my husband who works from home. Everyone at Home Depot already knows his name.
We wanted a dog that was small and didn’t shed; however we wanted a tough dog too. The winters are cold and snowy and we spend a lot of time outdoors, snow shoeing, skiing and shoveling!
I think he's starting to likes his new boots because they mean going for longer walks. We live in Buffalo, NY so we bought boots to protect him from the salt on his daily walks and to take him with us when we go snow shoeing.
When we get fresh snow Tucker gets very excited. He loves to roll and bury his face; the cold doesn’t seem to faze him in the least. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to all the great adventures we will have together.
