Submission of photos, text, or any other content for contests or projects to Schnauzers-Rule.com (herein also referred to as; site, website, schnauzers rule), is done in total agreement of the following guidelines.

You have read and agree to all submission guidelines prior to providing any photo or information to this website. By submitting content you signify total agreement to the these submission guidelines. If you do not agree with some or all of the ‘Submission Guidelines’, please do not access or submit any photos, text or any content information to Schnauzers-Rule.com

By submitting any photo or information to Schnauzers Rule, you hereby grant Schnauzers Rule and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of any type submission, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to Schnauzers Rule includes, but is not limited to, the right to re-size, crop, censor, compress, edit, caption, affix logos to, and otherwise alter in any way, to make use of any and all submissions.

By submitting any content to Schnauzers Rule, you hereby represent and warrant that the submission does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Schnauzers Rule herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You agree, understand, and acknowledge that Schnauzers Rule shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to its site. You further agree any and all content submitted by you is in good taste, legal, accurate and true, non-defamatory, non-threatening, and non-confidential. Should Schnauzers Rule in its sole discretion find your submission in violation of these submission guidelines; Schnauzers Rule reserves the right to ban the offender from submitting again.

By submitting, you further agree, understand, and acknowledge that any photos or information submitted by you to Schnauzers Rule may be available for viewing, rating, review, and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any of your submissions. By submitting any photo or information to this website, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to Schnauzers Rule.

You hereby agree to hold Schnauzers Rule and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, sponsors and assigns, harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on this site, or any other use authorized under these terms, of any photo or information submitted to Schnauzers Rule by you.

Photo or information submitted by you to the site shall become the property of Schnauzers Rule; which shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information content so submitted.
