Spencer and Shelby

Spencer turned 11 Dec 4, 2011 and Shelby will be 11 on August 12, 2012. I have had Spencer since he was 4 weeks old and Shelby since she was six weeks old. Spencer weighs 28lbs and Shelby weighs 11 lbs and both have stayed at their current weights since they were 1yr of age.

Spencer and Shelby are our cherished, lovable kids! Mischievous, smart, playful, curious and they are good listeners, too. Spencer plays basketball, tips it off his head and rolls the ball backwards with his paws. Everyone thinks Shelby is still a puppy because she looks so young and is so small.

I would recommend a Schnauzer to anyone because our life has been so much more full of joy with them! A miniature Schnauzer is the sweetest dog breed. We go for walks every evening, hi at the wildlife refuge, go shopping in Oklahoma City and they go everywhere (dogs are allowed) with us. Our local Lowe's is always happy to see them come in to shop with us. They travel well on car rides and are always happy to see the prairie dogs when we go walk! The best way to describe my mini Schnauzers is only this....Loyal best friend!
