Sparkey,

Daddy and I miss you very much! We only had you for a short time, but we will never forget how much you meant to us. You taught us that we could love something more than ourselves. Your complete and unconditional love and devotion melted us. You were such a GOOD BOY!

We try not to cry when we pass your picture or see your favorite chipmunk toy. We're not always successful. We just take it one day at a time.

Daddy has your collar hanging in his truck so that you are always riding shot gun. Your seat has not been taken, it's still yours, along with our hearts.

We love you, we miss you!

Thank you to everyone who responded. We lost Sparkey just before his 3rd birthday. He had severe kidney disease. He was a happy dog that loved life and lived to please. He spent alot of time in the hospital. We tried everything we could to make his life better...he died in our arms with the vet administering the shot. As bad as he felt, his nub was able to wag until the end. Our hearts ache with the loss...
