Snuffy Snacks

Years ago my dog had pancreatitis. The only food he could eat was boiled rice mixed w/ cottage cheese. So I used the 2 ingredients and added the chicken component and baked them.

Voila!

I had a great affordable and healthy treat for my new dog, Snuffy Smith, the Schnauzer! Enjoy!

SNUFFY SNACKS
1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup cooked rice and 1 cup cottage cheese.

2. Mix in 1/4 cup chicken broth (low-salt, organic).
(Add pieces of boiled chicken to the mix, if desired.)

3. Bake in muffin tin at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

4. Let cool.
