Seven months after my beloved foxie cross Zeus passed away, I brought home Skeeta - my first Mini Schnauzer. After a close call with what I suspected was a puppy mill I purchased Skeeta from a reputable, registered breeder and have to say she is the best puppy I have ever owned. She is currently 12 weeks old and spends all her time with me - even coming to work where she labeled the 'newest (most popular) employee'.

Skeeta is well behaved (as far as puppies go), has a wonderful outgoing, yet gentle and affectionate personality and looks absolutely gorgeous in black. She loves to explore, dig, play with her toys (especially a furry pink ball with the bell inside), chew pig ears and just chill out at the beach. She is also quite the social butterfly who loves to meet new people and dogs of different breeds. The best dog ever!

Skeeta update

It’s been 6 years since I introduced Skeeta. So much has happened between then and now. We moved to Perth, WA and spent 5 fantastic years there. Last year we returned to Sydney driving across the Nullarbor Plain. Just over 12 months ago Skeeta began having seizures. She was doing well on medication and once we returned to Sydney her seizures became more frequent and increased in their severity. The seizures eventually took her life in March this year.

To say that I am devestared by this is an understatement. I am still mourning my loss and think about her every day. She was a huge part of my life. To be honest, my life revolved around her well being and happiness. Two walks a day (no matter the weather or time of day/night), home cooked meals and a whole lotta love.

Keep your schnauzers close xx

that has to be one of the cutest mini schnauzers I have ever seen!!! I have a 3 year old schnoodle and a 6 month old parti white and grey mini schnauzer, dont get me wrong my pups were cute but wow!!
