My Sweet Clancy

About 11 years ago, I found Clancy through a breeder in my area of Indiana. I had researched breeds for one that was easy to train and loved children. As we were the grandparents to two wonderful grandaughters, and more on the way, this was very important to us.

I went to the breeder and took my grandaughters with me, aged 6 and 4, and this little guy captured their hearts. Even though he was barely 4 weeks old, we were able to bring him home with us.

That decision was one of the best in my life. He is a wonderful companion to me and my husbands buddy. The grandkids, all 16 of them love to play fetch and dance with him and he has never met a stranger. He loves to talk to me, is very smart because he learns tricks very easily, and can jump at least 3 feet in the air, which delights everyone!

Recently we found out he has diabetes, he is doing well and we hope to have him in our family for a very long time. I love him with all my Heart,,,,,, I would recommend a Miniature Schnauzer to Everyone.

Beautiful boy

Your boy is so beautiful. Schnauzers make the most wonderful companions. I love their quirkiness and they're so funny too. I lost my boy, Banjo, 4 months ago ... he was a week off turning 13. I lost his brother 2 years prior. I now have another little schnauzer - Cookie - she's 5 months old and absolutely delightful. They're an amazing dog. I don't think I could ever consider another breed. I do also have a 13 year old West Highland Terrier - Molly - and she's beautiful and I hope that she lives forever but schnauzers are so affectionate. I love my schnauzer cuddles.

He is very handsome! I had a Schnauzer (Bash) who was diabetic! We gave him 2 shots of insulin a day for over 2 years before we had to give in and let go! I hope your Clancy does well, it was a hard road for us giving those shots each day! Bash did pretty good and only had 1 seizure during this time! I know you love him so, and of course, we do what we can to keep them by our side as long as possible!
