Miniature Schnauzer Zoe

After having a Mini Schnauzer as a house guest for a couple of weeks, we fell in love with the breed and started searching for a puppy. Of course the house guest was quiet and well behaved, an angel.

Then we got Zoe.

She is the epitome of the breed. Barky, bossy and in charge or so she thinks. She has a mind of her own. She has become a daddy's girl. She minds my husband Much better than me. But what she lacks in obedience, she makes up for in cuteness and personality. She arroos and talks to us when she is happy and excited. She will give kisses and loves to have her tummy rubbed, especially by Daddy.

I get upset when she barks and barks. She makes me laugh with her funny antics.

I wouldn't trade her for the world.

I have had the breed for some 20 years male and females...

The Barking is severe with the males but after a few " time out's " in the closed door bedroom alone with something going on.....well he soon lernt the phrase ....." No Bark...!!!!

Now it took a while and he can override with " Truder Alert " Barking if he has to...

but now after about three "no bark" he gets the message...make me happy makes him happy to make me happy so he gets cookie bone...

Yup the best dog...

Zoe is so very beautiful stands proud.
So she is a barker just like my Sabrina but as I see with you too that you would not trade her for anything in the world. She is so adorable and we love the games she comes up with in Dogster.
