April Love is almost 11 months old, having being born in the month of April. She just loves to be cuddled and held a lot...but she also likes to run and chase after squirrels in her huge fenced-in back yard.
April also loves to chew on just about anything. She totally destroyed her lovely dog bed (stuffing all over the house!), that we finally had to get her some new bright red bedding made out of tough ballistic material...she can't tear that up...thank goodness!!
She lives with an older black poodle named Dixie; they enjoy playing and running around after each other. Dixie just loves to lick April's face and ears... April doesn't really like this, but she puts up with it.
April is going to dog training class and she is the star of the class, in part because she is the only student at the moment! I am really amazed how well she is doing, learning how to sit and stay in such a short time. If she would only learn to stop chewing up stuff... oh well, teething can't last much longer.
April's favorite activity is eating! She eats so quickly... never saw a dog wolf down food like that! We have to regulate how much she eats... otherwise, she would just eat and eat! April runs around a lot and is able to stay fit and trim... we love her so much!
