Max , my brave, fierce soldier

Max is my 9 year old female Miniature Schnauzer. I have been her proud owner since she was 9 weeks old . About a year ago, she became gravely ill with an AIHA (autoimmune disease) She was put on steroids as well as about 8 other medications and her prognosis was guarded, But Max is a fighter and she kept fighting. As of July 4th, she is medication free and healthy! She is my loyal and dedicated companion and I love her with all my heart. Her strength and love inspires me every day. I call her my brave soldier and she is all that and more. Miniature Schnauzer owners are the luckiest people in the World! To my brave Max - may our story bring hope to dog owners out there fighting AIHA - it’s a battle, but there are winners!,keep fighting, keep praying and keep hoping. Max is a light shining for all of you ! Follow her courageous light towards recovery and wellness.

Hi! Not at all, no problem with her barking, she only barks hen someone is at the door and she quickly stops, she is not happy at all and she is quiet whenever we go to the store, bank, anywhere!

Wow, your schnauzer is amazing, it’s wonderful how our fearless schnauzers just know what to do!, max is also my service dog, I tend to get very sleepy while driving and max seems to sense that and starts to bark and whine and paw at me when this Happens! Thank you for sharing your story with everyone and long live Schnauzers!,

Wow! You are truly blessed! I also have an amazing toy Schnauzer Dart, but it is me that was suffering! I was in a horrible boating accident, where a huge sports fisher boat ran right over our sailboat in the Galveston Ship Channel, then left the scene! I developed anxiety attacks after the wreck! I went thru every coronary test known to man thinking I was having heart attacks! I'm thankful it wasn't heart attacks! But I quit driving or going anywhere alone! Then one day my friend noticed my that right before an attack, Dart started barking and got on my chest, he licked my face and pawed my chest! This is all strange behavior for him! He was trying to tell me, and take my mind somewhere else! Now he is my service dog! I love him so much! Schnauzerpuppylovers.com
