THE TEACHER: (AKC) "Lil'MSChief" (Little Mini Schnauzer "Chief" < she was!) Bought for a Police Chief retirement's MS (AKC) "Deputy Chief" (to breed). We'd say to Deputy, "Go get into mischief!" It is "Lil'MS" when wonderful, and "Mischief" when not so ;-) But best mommy ever! Living in Toledo, Ohio with daughter "Pawla", she still rules our pack!
As soon as we got her (six weeks), she ran to the back of the yard and sat. From the house, I saw her head going back and forth every day. Checked out, she was watching a daschund playing fetch!
One day (backyard picnicking), she hunted and found the perfect size stick somewhere, dropped it at my feet then waited impatiently for me to throw it! Ran, fetched, returned, etc. TEACHING ME!!! When her pups were FINALLY outside cage, she picked out a toy and constantly nosed it toward them! ("TEACHER")
