Just Jack

Jack is 5 years old and joined our family a year after we had gotten his sister Pepper. They are half siblings and couldn't be more different than if they were not related.
Jack is always on the go and doesn't know how to sit still for very long. He is my constant companion, I can't leave a room without him at my side.
He tries to act tough around people and other dogs, but deep down he is a bib baby. he is even afraid of squeak toys and hides when he hears one. He always has to be touching me at night when we are sleeping.
I think the the thing I love most (even though I love everything about him) is that he is very verbal and has no problem telling that he wants something or that he needs to go out. He will be very determined to get your attention so that he can get what he wants.
He really doesn't like to play very much. Not even catch. He will play chase with his sister in the yard at times.
I can't remember what life was like before he joined our family. It is just a surprise what he will do next and always keeps us on our toes every single day. There is nothing like having his love and devotion to me. I have had many dogs in the past, all of which i have loved greatly, but there is nothing like being loved by my Jack!
