Mini Schnauzer Irie Caboose

I have a habit of looking at dogs all the time and I swear I was not looking for another dog, but she was surely looking for me, because when I saw her on petfinder.com, it was like she was looking directly into my heart! Her little eyes looked right into mine and I said to her picture, "Hold on, mommy is coming." I called and asked if they could keep her til I got there, please and they said yes.

The next day off work I drove the hour to get her. The shelter said she would need special food for her allergies all her life. Got her home, gave her a good bath and a hair cut, loved her like she probably never been before and although I know schnauzers are prone to allergies, guess what!? She no longer scratches, at all! I feel like she just needed me and my dog family to love her. I named her Irie Caboose. Irie means "groovy feelings" in Jamacian and Caboose means "the end" no more dogs for me!

Irie Caboose is sooo lucky that you rescued her ... and you are soooo lucky that she is now in your family!!! Schnauzer's are a very "special, rare breed" ... so loving and smart!!!!

Never say never ... she just may not be your last Schnauzer!!!!
