Boomer Jack was born on Valentine's Day in 2014. We adopted him from a coworker of mine when he was eight weeks old. My husband named him after the bar and grill named Boomer Jack's that is one of his favorites.
He is our first dog of this breed. Our previous dog was a large chow mix, so we didn't really know what to expect from this breed. We must say, that Boomer Jack has the best personality of any dog we have ever had! He is such a smart and fun loving little creature! Our grown children say he is spoiled rotten, but we say they are just jealous!
So this next Sunday, Boomer Jack will celebrate his second birthday with another party surrounded by his loved ones and munching on his pumpkin cupcakes with peanut butter and yogurt icing. On top will be Schnauzer shaped dog treats in his likeness. Spoiled? I say not! I say he is just lucky! And we are lucky to have him.
