I had been looking for a mini schnauzer for a few years at my local animal shelter. A lady walked in a couple hours after I had asked. The lady who ran the shelter was super excited and called me. I got lucky because she was well trained and was a retired circus performer and therapy dog. These dogs are so playful, loving, loyal and super intelligent. They also love to learn new tricks and very trainable.
